The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 14.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27016 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of ten months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.3.2016 and he has already completed ten months in jail custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Bhim Thakur, be released on bail on
