Patna High Court CWJC No.13132 of 2023(2) dt.12-02-2024 2/3 or direction for quashing the order dated 09/05/2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj (Respondent No.-2) in Anganbari Appeal Case No.- 05 of 2022, whereby and whereunder the Appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner has been dismissed and further for quashing the order dated 24/07/2020 passed in Appeal Case No.- 162 of 2019, passed by the District Program Officer, Gopalganj.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to consider to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in the Anganbari Center of Ward No.- 2, village Selar Khurd of Gram Panchayat Raj Paikauli Baddo, under Phulwaria Block of Gopalganj, DistrictGopalganj." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
