Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of robbery is against unknown.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Chandan Kumar Das who has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44933 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2016 and he has not been put on TI Parade during investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
