The above exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, the proceeding of present contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file interlocutory application for revival of this order in the event of non compliance of the order of this Court by the Executive Engineer, Minor Water Resources Department, Gaya.
