Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(a) To direct the respondents to construct approach road up to the elevated part of the Digha Canal (West Side) Link Road (NH-19) so that the local people be benefited from the elevated Digha-Sonepur Road/Bridge.

(b). To direct the respondents to increase the carriage width of Digha Canal (West Side)

Patna High Court CWJC No.22099 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Link Road from 30 feet to 150 feet to avoid traffic conjession.

(c) To direct the respondent to set up appropriate drainage system so that the rain water could be drain out easily and the locality around the Digha Canal Link Road may not face water lodging during rainy season.

(d) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the facts and circumstances of the instant writ petition."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though different representations were filed before the respondent authorities but the same have not yet been disposed of. Let the representations of the petitioner (Annexure1series) be considered and decided by the authorities concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
