The petitioner being husband of the complainant due to non fulfillment of demand of Rs. 25,000/- started torturing her mentally and physically and tried to burn her. Further the petitioner and others snatched all her belongings and then the complainant came to her Maike.

Submission is of false implication, the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife but the complainant married with another man and living with him resulting she has not appeared in this case to oppose the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19342 of 2017 (6) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 petitioner, the complainant was not interested to live with the petitioner and she has lodged false case, the petitioner has remained in custody for about four months and as such now he deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P submits that the petitioner is the husband.
