The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant and her husband by means of lathi.

Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54230 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 143 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
