Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sirdala P.S. Case No.347 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are in custody since 22.05.2022. Considering the fact that the petitioners and the prosecution side have land dispute, considering the nature of

No.54895 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 injury sustained by the injured and also the period of custody of the petitioners inasmuch as, there is case and counter case between the parties, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No.347 of 2021.
