2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners made indiscriminate firing on the vehicle of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the present case is counter blast of Jairampur Police Station Case No. 33/2023 which was lodged by petitioner no.2 against the informant. Title Suit No. 54/2020 is also pending between the parties in the Court below. Though there is allegation of making indiscriminate firing, but nobody sustained fire arms injury.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these
