====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1105 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 498(A), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this court finds that both the parties are ready and willing to live together. Petitioner has given undertaking through the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will visit the Maike of opposite party no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today and shall bring her back to the matrimonial home where she will live with the petitioner as his wife peacefully and petitioner shall not cause any act to put the life of the opposite party no. 2 in danger. In view of the aforesaid developments, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs.

15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicla Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1105 of 2018, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that petitioner shall abide by his undertaking to bring back the opposite party no. 2 to her matrimonial home within a period of two weeks from today.
