This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1437c/2012, disclosing offence under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that some other persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 11.08.2014 and 07.05.2014.
Considering the fact that this application arises out of a complaint case, it is observed that if the petitioner appears before the court below and seeks regular bail his application for bail shall
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40768 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 be considered and decided on the same day.
The court below shall take into account the fact that other persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court while considering the petitioner's application for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, disposed of.
