JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being daughter-in-law of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the sons and daughter in law assaulted the informant, informant's wife and daughter when the informant's wife succumbed to the injury. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners keeping in view that the accusation is omnibus and general,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42948 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 250 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Aurangabad. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
