JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-11-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 02.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16002/2015 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and was directed to appear before the court and furnish bail bonds and sureties within four weeks.
It is contended that due to unavoidable reasons and compelling circumstances, the petitioner could not appear before the court within the time stipulated vide aforesaid order dated 02.09.2015.
On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed. The period of four weeks as stipulated vide
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51740 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2 / 2 aforesaid order dated 02.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16002/2015 is extended by further two weeks.
