JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amba P.S.Case No. 157 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is Peon in Block Office and as attendance register of the office is missing the petitioner and others have been made accused in this case.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against him and one co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.2.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 10359 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10745 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P.S.Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall co-operate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
