JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 The petitioner in the present writ application has sought for direction for quashing the final selection list for appointment of Assistant Teacher, prepared by Special Officer B.S.S.C. appointed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In pursuance of Advertisement No.210/2010 for selection of Assistant Teacher the same institution declared at one hand valid and other hand, in case of this petitioner, as a fake and unrecognized institution and as
Patna High Court CWJC No.15870 of 2012 (7) dt.03-01-2018 2/3 such this petitioner's name does not find place in final list, and petitioner further prays for the direction for inclusion of petitioner name in final selection list as he having higher marks than the selection candidates respondents no.7 and 8, and further makes a direction to the Bihar Staff Selection Commission to declare petitioner as eligible candidate and in pursuance of declaration a direction be given to respondents no.3 and 6 to consider the petitioner's claim for selection of Assistant Teacher in Advertisement no.210/2010 after considering the objection invited by the Respondent no.3 and in response of objection filed by the petitioner on 30.01.2012 the objection application no. T-40697 and decide the objection and issue selection/appointment letter through Respondent no.6.
The Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna, the Respondent No.3 has already come out with a Notification No.3791/Aa. Dated 30.11.2017, whereby an objection has been raised by the applicants.
