Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor.
From the written report itself, it is evident that in the background of land dispute, the appellant along with others so named therein armed variously came, uprooted brinjal, chilly plants and other hurbs standing thereupon. They have also demolished the fence. Appellant happens to be under custody since 18.12.2016. Accordingly, appellant Jagar Nath Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, SC/ST, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.193/2016, setting aside the order dated 201.01.2017 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.193/2016.
