19.08.2015 It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that even though he was present in the Mediation Centre but the Opposite Party No. 2 did not appear there. However, the Report of the Mediator is not before this Court.
Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 341C of 2013 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shiekhpura. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay Rs. 750/- (Seven Hundred Fifty) per month in favour of the Complainant.
