Also perused the first information report and the order of the learned Sessions Judge rejecting the application for anticipatory bail.

It appears that there were disputes between two groups of persons with regard to a drain which led to a case and counter case. It is not a case of hardened criminal. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Roh Police Station Case No 66 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
