JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 04.05.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 12436 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 19.06.2015, up till now the case has not been committed and the same is pending for supply of police paper and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant and corresponding injuries have been found.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12321 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya is directed to commit the case in accordance with law at once and thereafter let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within six months from date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
