The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
In pursuance of the order dated 07.09.2015, the petitioner had been directed to be present personally alongwith two children residing with him. Opposite party No. 2 had been issued notices and though the same had been validly served, she had not appeared before this Court. Petitioner submits that he is taking care of these two children who are present today in Chambers. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that even today opposite party No. 2 has chosen not to appear either in person or through counsel, let the petitioner, in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9247 of 2015 (6) dt.14-10-2015 of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 26/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
