The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 435 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(I), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
