Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

From the field side 10 litres country made liquor was recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the recovered item was not of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran
