JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner's grievance is that his application filed for grant of arms licence is pending since 2010. It is contended on behalf of the State that 4.02.2016 has been fixed as a date of hearing and for that purpose, a notice is being issued to the petitioner.
Accordingly, let him appear and participate in the proceeding, thereafter, let a decision in accordance with law be taken by the Licensing Authority within three weeks after 4.02.2016. This disposes of the writ petition.
