In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 and 2 as also in view of the order dated 05.11.2015 passed by the Managing Director of Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, as contained in Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and no case for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties herein is made out.
In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is dismissed.
However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order
