2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the FIR has been lodged after a delay of more than six months as the deceased died on 26.7.2023 and a complaint case was filed in the Court below on 3.2.2024 and on the basis of the same the present FIR has been lodged.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-VI, Hilsa at Nalanda / concerned Court below in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
