2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14729 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the F.I.R. it is not clear as to who stabbed the brother of informant and during trial, four witnesses have been examined including informant and none of them have supported the prosecution case and they have been declared hostile. Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52303 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui in connection with Session Trial No. 176 of 2025 arising out of Sikandra P.
