This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47, 47(A)(5) and 53 of the Bihar Excise Act. From a vehicle, liquor was recovered and it is stated that the petitioner was driver of the said vehicle. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot nor the petitioner was driver of the said vehicle rather the vehicle was being driven by some other person.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, or successor Court.
