The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Arwal P. S. Case No.9 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 427, 448, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though in the FIR the age of the petitioner has been given 70 years, he is aged about 75 years and there is no specific overtact alleged against him.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submitted that the petitioner is alleged to be order giver and other accused persons committed the offence on his instigation.

No.18450 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Having regard to the nature of offence as also the submissions made on behalf of the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Arwal P. S. Case No.9 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
