Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S.Case No.36 of 2019 dated 31.5.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 along with 34 of the IPC and Section 40(4) of Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rule, 1972.

Prosecution story is that the tractor of the petitioner without having proper number has been intercepted by the police party and the driver of the tractor disclosed the name of the petitioner as the owner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that is is also offence and he is ready to pay fine if any imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S.Case No.36 of 2019 dated 31.5.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that if any fine is imposed upon him by any authority, he will the same within a reasonable time.
