The petitioner seeks bail in N.T.P.C. (Kahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 290 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 30(g) of the Prohibition of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Three persons were intercepted while they were coming on a motorcycle and five bottles of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. Two bottles containing 750 ml and three bottles each containing 375 ml Indian made foreign liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 02.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12501 of 2017 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in N.T.P.C. (Kahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
