Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36811 of 2020.

No new ground has been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge
