The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner took the aunt of the informant for execution of sale deed of gharari land at Dumra Registry Office by committing cheat and when she denied, the accused persons committed her murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case as such there is no chance of tampering of evidence. The co-accused has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 397 of 2017 and condition is that the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the disposal of the trial as and when required.
