The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.59037 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No.145 of 2019, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The order dated 04.07.2022 is modified to the extent

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
