Learned counsel for the appellant has offered unconditional return of the consideration money, which appellant had received in lieu of negotiation for sale of the land. In the aforesaid background, it looks better to direct the learned lower Court to pass appropriate order, in case such prayer is made on behalf of appellant and further, will take care that amount is fully saturated upon within the stipulated time and till then, appellant will enjoy the privilege of provisional bail.
