Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this revision petition, vide order dated 25.04.2026 passed in Marriage Dissolution Case No. 54 of 2018, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabhua dissolved the marriage of the petitioner with opposite party and the petitioner approached the Family Court for modification of the impugned order dated 16.04.2025 passed by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram in Maintenance Case No. 55(M) of 2018. But the learned Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram refused to entertain the petitioner on the ground that the order dated 16.04.2025 was already under challenge before this Court in the present revision petition and unless some orders are passed by the High Court, he could not

3. In the light of these facts, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision petition be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram.

4. Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of with liberty as sought by the petitioner.
