Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but under the wrong advice he had preferred an anticipatory bail application before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64484 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 and the same was rejected vide impugned order. Hence, this application has been preferred on his behalf. From perusal of record, it transpires that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed as not maintainable.
