The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and some other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The son of the informant was preparing idol of Sarswati near a Peepal tree but in the meantime the petitioner and other accused persons came and assaulted the informant. Petitioner, Ravish Sharma, is alleged to have assaulted the son of informant on his head.

It is submitted that the injuries appear to be simple in nature but from the perusal of the order of learned Sessions Judge itself it appears that the injury found on the head of son of informant is grievous and dangerous to life. The petitioner is

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
