The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 21/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was the custodian of register and disabled certificates. It is alleged that five persons produced the certificate which do not bear seal and signature of doctor of Naubatpur Primary Health Centre. It is also alleged that petitioner did not produce the register prior to 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner did not issue any certificate. The seal does not tally with the seal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46837 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 of Naubatpur Primary Health Centre. The petitioner produced the register of 2015. The certificate also shows the signature of one doctor and all those forged certificates were not issued by the petitioner or the Incharge doctor of Naubatpur Primary Health Centre.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 21/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
