The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his sister was married to Sumit Kumar Pandit, two years ago and the husband along with family members were demanding dowry, as detailed in the FIR, further on 12.06.2021, informant came to know that the accused persons including the petitioner have killed his sister for dowry.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, he is father-in-law of the deceased and

The learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and the husband is in custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
