An inadvertent error has crept in the last paragraph of order No. 2 dated 11.02.2022 wherein the name, and place of the Court have wrongly been mentioned as "learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Nawada", instead of "learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai".

Accordingly, the last paragraph of the order dated 11.02.2022 is modified to the extent that the name and place of the Court be read as "learned Additional Sessions
