2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian penal Code registered in connection with Pirpaity P.S. Case no. 182 of 2004.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the complaint was filed after more than one month of the alleged occurrence.
4. Considering, however that the matter relates to the year 2004 and even according to the petitioner, the matter has been compromised between the parties, the petitioner has failed to satisfy this Court with regard to the circumstances as to how he apprehends his arrest at this stage. This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. B.T/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
