The petitioner seeks bail in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016 under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act read with Sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner was arrested along with other accused persons. The allegation is that the petitioner and others had assembled to commit cognizable offence. From the possession of petitioner one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 29.10.2016. Case No. 200 of 2016.
