The petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 313 of 2016, registered under Section 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, Police recorded confessional statement of Sheema Devi, wife of deceased Ashok Kumar, who admitted her illicit relationship with Ravindra Kumar, who had hand in the murder of her husband and mother-in-law. Later on, Ravindra Kumar was apprehended by the Police and confessed his guilt saying the hand of petitioner also in the murder of Ashok Kumar and his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9716 of 2017 (3) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 mother. Further submission is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 05.08.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 313 of 2016. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
