The grievance of the petitioner is non consideration of case of the petitioner for counting his past service rendered by the by the petitioner in between 11.9.1958 to 31.10.1968. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the aforesaid period on 11.9.1958 to 31.10.1968 the petitioner was working at Simri High School, Buxar and thereafter petitioner joined service at Arya Kanya Vidyalaya, Patna on 01.11.1968 and he continued up to 30.11.1999.
Patna High Court CWJC No.224 of 2016(3) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 The petitioner has approached competent authority for consideration of his case of counting the service rendered by the petitioner in Simri High School, Buxar and from perusal of Annexure-4 on wards, it appears that respondents have made correspondence with regard to sending of the original record including the service book in order to take decision as to entitlement of the past service of the petitioner rendered in the Simri High School, Buxar.
The petitioner has superannuated and it is only the matter of counting past service and for granting benefit of past service including the pension.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 who shall examine the relevant records and consider the claim of the petitioner and for counting past service rendered by the petitioner in Simri High School, Buxar and final decision in this regard may be taken by the respondent no.3 within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
