The petitioners seek bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35204 of 2016 on merits.
No fresh ground has been taken to reconsider the bail application of the petitioners.
In that view of the matter, for the reasons assigned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2955 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2 / 2 in the earlier order dated 20.08.2016, the application for bail is rejected.
