The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 4.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 51045 of 2017, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint case No.2265C of 2016 pending in the court of J.M., 1st class, Araria and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bond. It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence in the address column of the order dated 4.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.51045 of 2017, the address of petitioner has been typed as 'village Bagnagar, P.S. Mahalgaon (Jokihat), District Araria' in place of 'village Lakhanare, P.S. Jalalgarh, District
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8115 of 2018(2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 Purnea'.
Let in the order dated 4.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.51045 of 2017, the address of petitioner be read as 'village Lakhanare, P.S. Jalalgarh, District Purnea' in place of 'village Bagnagar, P.S. Mahalgaon (Jokihat), District Araria'.
It is further prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order well be same. The order dated 4.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 51045 of 2017, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
