In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 4443 of 2019 arising from Danapur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

A huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
