The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the victim Sanoj Kumar alleged that his son went along with Bipin Kumar for some work, but thereafter her son became traceless.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is friend of Sanoj Kumar. Sanoj Kumar accompanied the petitioner but where he went thereafter, the petitioner has got no knowledge about it. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the police during the course of investigation. It appears that the victim became traceless, while he
