The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR of the occurrence of theft of motorcycle is against unknown.

Submission is that no stolen property was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Case No.255 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
