The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged against unknown after recovery of a dead body. During the course of investigation the dead body of the deceased was identified by his family members as Shankar Yadav @ Raja. The brother of the deceased disclosed that the petitioner used to take the deceased and others for providing jobs in factory and he use to take commission.

It is submitted that the brother of the deceased only suspected the hands of the petitioner and the police did not collect any such material to show the involvement of the petitioner.
